Ordinances: 

No. 498 (2009)  An Ordinance to repeal Ordinance No. 452 entitled “ Prohibiting registered sex offenders from residing or loitering within one thousand five hundred (1,500’)feet of any park, playground, recreation area, day care facility or school  bus stop,” which  was adopted to protect the children of the Borough and has now been invalidated by the State supreme court. (second reading)

No. 10-01 – Authorizing appointment of J. Byrne Agency as West Wildwood’s Risk Management Consultant and authorizing the Mayor to enter into agreement with J. Byrne  Agency (JIF)

No. 10-02 – Authorizing Temporary Budget for 2010
